Orders can be placed through our website contact form, by phone, or in person at our London studio. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

Pricing

Prices are displayed in British Pounds and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to seasonal availability, though confirmed orders will honour the agreed price.

Payment

Payment is required at the time of order confirmation. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers.

Delivery

We offer delivery throughout London and surrounding areas. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic or weather conditions.

Product Quality and Substitutions

We guarantee the freshness and quality of all our flowers. Due to seasonal availability, we may occasionally substitute specific blooms with alternatives of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall aesthetic.

Cancellations and Modifications

Orders may be cancelled or modified up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or collection time. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a fee.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we cannot accept returns. If you are unsatisfied with your arrangement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Please see our Return Policy for details.
